Why do Argentinians always win by cheating?

They didn't cheat. They worked hard for their victory. Both Argentina and Mexico had the same opportunity, but Mexico failed to make the best out of it, while Argentina did the opposite. That's why they won. And Argentina is a better team than Mexico. Since when has Mexico reached the quarterfinals? In both 1970 and 1986 and they hosted both world cups. Argentina won the world cup twice (1978, 1986). They were runners up in 1930 and 1990. So you complain as much as you want, it won't change the game. Mexico lost to a better team.
