My African Dwarf Frog has been floating for 3 days?!?

Iggy eats great and his little belly looks full, but for the last three days he's been wanting to float at the top of the tank. Now, today his belly seems a little bigger and he's just floating at the top, and when he pes through the water current of the filter it tosses him around and he floats back to the top. He kicks around now and then, but this does not seem normal? I have three other ADFs in the tank and they're all hiding right now. They are fine. I would appreciate as much help as possible. I've searched all over the internet.
