Looks like it, when I used to write to a bf in the British Armed Forces, you wrote his service number,then his BFPO address, which stands for British Forces Posted Overseas, so your APO may mean american Posted Overseas? But in a nutshell, that's his address,write it exactly like you have above on the envelope.
