Broken tooth, can't go to the dentist, what can i do?

hey guys. i was chewing on something i probably shouldn't have been, (the end of a bic pen) and a piece of my first molar broke off almost to the gum on the side facing my tongue. Now, it feels like a knife edge against my tongue and it hurts to eat. I can't go to the dentist, so what are my options?
