I want to drop Grant Hill and pick up either Leinas Kleiza, Raja Bell, or Boris Diaw.?

who should i pick up? my lineup is guard heavy but i want someone who can contribute all around... or should i just keep Hill and hope that he doesnt get hurt again? looks like hill is reverting back to his injury-prone ways.
