Soo my friend got an abortion at 5 weeks?

and the doctor said she needs to go back in for a followup after 2 days..she went today and she said the blood pressure was in the 3000..is it possible for it to go down? or does shehave to do the whole procedure again?? she will know the results tomorrow but she is already freaking out and would want to hear other peoples opinions!
