French Radio: 'Entre midi et deux heures...'?

In the early 70s a French (or French speaking Belgium) radiostation featured a program called 'Entre Midi et Deux Heures'. What was the name of the station? Is there anybody with a recording of that program? I have been searching for years and never found an answer.
