What would you do if your brother/sister was abusing their child?

You need to call CPS--you saw them KICK their children and you sleep at night??? You witnessed child abuse and you did nothing to stop it. If she does that in front of you--god knows what happens behind closed doors. It is your responsibility as a human being to report them, regardless of whether or not she is family.
