Is a defouler the only mod available to get rid of a CEL after putting in new headers?

Edit in the make/model/year - it all depends on what we're talking about here! Generally, you can stop the CEL's from mods with a good PCM/ECM tune to correct the lean/rich condition that's throwing the trims off.
