What causes dark circles when a person has Anorexia Nervosa?

Well, i don't know if your sleeping patterns, but I know that insomnia is a wonderful side effect of having an ED and so dark eye circles are the result! It might have to do with lack of nutrients too though, especially since this results in added fatigue during the day.
