Should it feel like this after i shave pubic hair ?

im 14 , a guy , and just shaved my pubic hair . i put alot of pressure on the blade (and it was a 3 blade ) and its been about 3 days and its growing back all stubby . and it sort of hurts every now and then when my clothes make contact . and it itches . should i be worried and go to the pharmacist and get like a cream ? or should i just let it grow ?
