Intact hymen a 100% proof of virginity in Indian court?

In a Divorce case in Indian court wife file to nullify the marriage claiming that there was no and she is virgin and husband impotent. But actually husband is not impotent and wife denied for him. In court husband claimed that they had a few times. So, Is there any medical test which can prove that wife is still virgin? If her hymen is intact, is it a 100% proof in court that she had no ?
