If the police dont read you your rights can you be arrested?

ok see it was me and my other friend. my friend was planning to fight and i was just standing there watching when they were i didnt even touch the girl she was fighting except to pull her off of her b/c the cops were coming and they didnt read me my rights all they said was "lets get the cuffs on them" then they let my friend and the other girl talk but they wouldnt let me talk. lets be known that iam african american and the police were either white or mexican and my friend was mexican and the girl shee was fighting was mexican . now im not saying its racst but come on i kept asking if i could speak and they never let me!! then when i got there they kept calling me "g- money" now why is that? and they never called the other girls that!!! oh and yea i was pulling the girl off of my friend by her hair b/c my friend had had her clothes and hands and hair etc. so can i be arrested if i didnt do anything??
