How to Flash My Phone?

Ok So I don't have a plan with Cricket right now but is it possible to flash my BlackBerry Tour 9630, which i bought from ebay, to Cricket? Will I have to sign a contract first? Will I still get the BIS, like all the services? Where could I get someone to flash my phone, cause I can't do it myself?
