How much does it cost to get a barbell piercing?

HEYYY! so I really wanna get a barbell piercing in my ear some time in the future. How much Will it usually cost? I don't plan on going to some top tattoo parlor or anything just a small place in downtown N.C. Please help. and Btw i do not do well with pain... How long does it take to heal? how long does it take until i can change out piercings? and on a scale of 1 to 10 (for a weenie like me) how much will it hurt? tHANKS! ten points best answer.
