What is a good Modern Warfare 2 cl to get a Tactical Nuke?

I am best at ault rifle and sniper cles, so don't suggest any of that akimbo SMG rushing garbage. I already know the kill streaks should be Harrier Strike, Chopper Gunner, and (of course) the Tactical Nuke. Thanks
