My motorcycle stalls when coming to a stop. It idles fine and runs fine otherwise.?

I have a 92 Vulcan 88. It has recently been tuned up, synched, etc. It stalls whever I come to a stop, usually before I have come to a complete stop. I can then restart it with no problem and it idles fine and does not stall in neutral. I don't know what the problem is.
