My best friends family says very hurtful things about my family?

omg you should definantly say something! That is rude and completely immature of them!!! Tell your friend that she needs to talk to her family or you wont go over there anymore! if she doesnt stop seeing the family. Also consider cutting off ties your "friend" shouldnt let herfamily ever treat you that way! you deserve better good luck!
