I have a Genie G4050 and am having some trouble with it. The garage door opener will close the door, but it will no longer open the door. The chain and motor run, but it seems that the part that engages the opener (that can be disengaged with the pull of the red cord) just clicks loudly as the machine attempts to open the garage door. I am trying to determine if there is a part that needs to be replaced, or if the unit is ready to be replaced.
